Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These terms govern your use of QClinic (the “Service”), a queue management tool operated by QClinic Technologies. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be a licensed healthcare practitioner or authorised representative of a healthcare clinic to use QClinic. You are responsible for ensuring all clinic staff who use the Service are authorised to do so.

2. Your account

You sign in via an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Notify us at hello@qclinic.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Patient data

You add patient data to QClinic. You confirm that you have the consent of each patient (or their parent/guardian) to share their contact information and visit details with QClinic for the purpose of sending appointment updates.

You are the controller of patient data; QClinic is a processor on your behalf, governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay subscriptions. The Trial plan lasts 30 days and includes the limits listed at sign-up. After the trial, paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy.

5. Per-visit consultation fees

Clinics may use QClinic's payment-link feature to collect consultation fees from patients via Razorpay. Such payments flow directly to the clinic's Razorpay account; QClinic does not retain a portion of these payments.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QClinic to:

  • Send marketing or promotional messages to patients
  • Send messages outside the scope of clinic queue updates
  • Process data on behalf of someone other than your clinic
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass access controls
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

WhatsApp and Telegram have their own platform policies. Violations may result in your messages being throttled or your business account suspended by those platforms — outcomes outside our control.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Supabase, Meta, Razorpay), and unforeseen issues may cause downtime.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or non-payment.

9. Disclaimer

QClinic is a queue management tool, not a clinical decision-making tool. We do not store medical history for the purpose of clinical diagnosis. The clinic remains solely responsible for patient care.

QClinic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of <your city>, India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
