Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
QClinic subscriptions (Solo, Clinic, Multi-clinic) are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access for the days you've paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once charged. We do not pro-rate refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@qclinic.app within 7 days of the charge and we'll review case-by-case.
For first-time clinics on a paid plan, we will offer a one-time full refund within 7 days of the first charge if the Service did not work as described.
Trial period
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. You will not be auto-billed at the end of the trial — you choose a paid plan explicitly when you're ready.
Per-visit consultation fees
Patient consultation fees are paid directly to the clinic's own Razorpay account. Refunds for consultation fees are between the clinic and the patient — QClinic does not handle such refunds.
Account closure
On cancellation, you can export your data via hello@qclinic.app. Data is permanently deleted within 90 days of account closure unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
